- Advisory: in the following areas: Strategic Planning, Organizational and Administrative Financial Strengthening, Gender, Production, Marketing and Productive Projects Feasibility for The Rural Area, Formulation and Reformulation Of Strategies, Plans and Agricultural / Cattle Projects and Regarding Natural Resources, Generation of Income and Production, Staff and Personnel Training, Systemization of Experiences at a Rural Level, Rural Credit, Design for the Construction of a Dam, etc.

- Follow up and Monitoring: support the incorporation of resulting recommendation on external evaluations to institutions, follow on their application, support given to the formulation of follow up and monitoring systems and that of the construction of process and impact indicators.

- Diagnosis, Studies and Investigations: regarding diverse issues related with the Poverty Topic: Creation of Instrument to measure poverty at a micro level, diagnosis on income and participation of basic organizations of different departments of the country and similar; regarding the coca /cocaine issue, elaborating institutional profiles, etc.

- Support to the formulation and Organization of diverse consultantships: through the commencement of support and facilitation systems for cooperation agencies, which have no local offices.

- Project Administration / Third Party Funds: Sustainable rural development projects, projects to measure the impact of civil society strengthening and custody of diverse agencies type EED/EZE, NOVIB, ICCO, etc.
