SOME SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES: - SUSTAINABLE RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (NOVIB).- Administration, Organization and Coordination of the Elaborate Program to Create a methodology for the formulation, Follow up and Evaluation of Projects of Rural Development, from the Perspective of its Sustainability, based on six pillars: Technology, Economy, Culture, Environment, Organization and Society. The experience involved 15 Non Governmental Organizations that worked in the Department of La Paz. Cochabamba, Chuquisaca, Potosí and Tarija. This experience included the publishing of a book called “Sustainable Development in the Andes”, Dissemination workshops for the book at a National level and the Production of two videos regarding the Methodology. - Systematization of some experiences on Food and Nutritional Security (SOH – ICCO): Systematization of the experience regarding the program of nutrition improvement (PROMENU) of the association of institutions for the promotion and education (AIPE), with the purpose of constructing an alternative proposal for food security: The process involved some ten Non Governmental Organizations that operate in different regions of the country. A Publication and its further dissemination has been proposed. - NOVIB - SNV.- Support in the identification of a project for municipal strengthening in rural municipalities in Chuquisaca and Tarija. - DFID – ASDI: Support in the elaboration of a project and further administration of it, which includes the technical and administrative- financial follow up of the project “Towards an Inclusive Electoral Process”. Funded jointly with ASDI. Task performed jointly with CARE Bolivia. Some experiences related with the State - Elaboration of a concerted proposal between the vice ministry, International Cooperation and some Organizations for women’s movements for the process of evaluation of the BEIJING+5 in Bolivia (entrusted by the Vice Ministry of Gender, Generation and Family Affairs, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Planning. - Support in the review of Quinquenal Budget and in the formulation of indicators of a plan belonging to the Sub- Secretariat of Gender Affairs (entrusted by the Sub – Secretariat of Gender Affairs). - Evaluation of the 1996 – June 1997 administration of the National Women Program of the Sub – Secretariat of Gender Affairs (entrusted by the Cooperation for the development section of the Swedish Government) (ASDI) - Evaluation: “Analysis of the technical Operative, Administrative, Financial – Counting Capacities of the General Direction of Gender Affairs (entrusted by the Cooperation for Development Section of the Swedish Government (ASDI)). - Equity Analyses of Gender from 1992 to 2002, include a base line for gender indicators, statistics.
